Where do you pick us up?
For most tours we offer pick‑up from major hotel areas like Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. During online booking you select your hotel or closest pick‑up point. If you stay in an Airbnb or apartment, you can choose the nearest pick‑up or message us on WhatsApp for advice.
Is the tour suitable for kids and families?
Yes. Our Half Island and Whole Island tours are family friendly and relaxed. Children are welcome and we keep the music and stories suitable for all ages. For the Bar Hopping Tour you must be 18+.
What should we bring on the bus?
We recommend: sunscreen, sunglasses, swimsuit and towel (for swim stops), a small cash amount or card for drinks/food stops, and of course your camera or phone. Flip‑flops or comfortable shoes are perfect for most stops.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Most bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. The exact policy is shown in your online booking confirmation. For private groups and locals via WhatsApp we agree clear terms together in advance.
Do you run tours if it rains?
Aruba is sunny almost all year. Light rain usually passes quickly and tours continue. In case of very bad weather or safety issues we may reschedule or cancel with a full refund. We will always contact you via email or WhatsApp if anything changes.
